Your wiki and all of your data is once again accessible – both to view and edit. We tracked down and fixed a problem that was causing an infinite loop in our servers.

It is still not working from my home. I cannot edit the page only view. The problem has not yet been fixed. Please advise. The last day we have to submit assignments is Jan. 31st. Thank you.
Hi Mona,
PBwiki is up and running, you should be able to view and edit your pages. If you’re having trouble you can contact the support team by clicking the help link on your wiki.

Yesterday (Jan. 28) and this morning, most (but not all) of my students seem to have had the problem you described. When I log in now (buchanmrt.pbwiki.com) with a dummy student account it seems to be ok. I’m on prep now, so there are no other students to try it out.
In some cases, students received a error message saying they should try a different web browser, such as Firefox. (We are using Safari 3.0.4 on iMacs running OS 10.4.11.)
Students accessing the wiki from home report no problems.
If problems persist, I will let you know.

Our engineers resolved the problem on Tuesday (01.07). If you’re still having trouble logging into your account, you should contact our support team so we can look into it.
The best way to contact support is to click the help link in your wiki, if you can’t access that link email our team at support-at-pbwiki.com
