Great stuff, guys! The platform just keeps getting better with time. I especially liked the real time emphasis and the conference calling features. The video didn’t stream very well, but by letting it download and then running it things were a lot easier to watch. This is going out to clients this week.

I think that you will be annoucing additional educator features for FREE! For example, you give up to 100 students for free BUT high school teacher’s have more than 100 students! What to do! Sob–sob! I can’t go for free if I have 139 students?

I bet half your users don’t know it’s there. I stumbled on this blog entry completely by accident. You could do a much better job of publicizing it.

I’ve been using pbworks for months and never noticed the icon on the toolbar. I think you need to ask yourselves: “Is this a good way to introduce new features?”.

I’m looking forward to seeing what you guys do with real-time collaboration (RTC). In my experience, RTC tools have been a neat thing to try but in reality it actually decreased productivity among teams when compared to a simple chat room or instant messaging.
