This morning some users logged in to find their workspace URL resolve to an old welcome page, which looked like this:

The web server software is running but no content has been added, yet.

We have resolved the issue. User content was never compromised and service should be fully functional, now. If you see this message or one similar, please perform a page refresh and if this does not resolve it, contact Support at support@pbworks.com with the workspace URL.
I got scared for a second there! It has been a couple months since I made a full backup.
Next question: Why am I getting this error whenever I try to open a file in the library?
“No preview is available for xxx.pdf. To view it, click the “Download” tab above.”
Is this a symptom of this problem, or something else? I don’t see a download tab….
I am using Chrome browser. Do I need to switch to a different browser?
Is there a way to get a PDF or DOC file to appear when we click on it, without having to perform a download?
