Ever since we introduced Tasks and Milestones, one of the most popular requests has been a calendar view of those tasks and milestones.
Sure, we allowed you to view by date, and even to integrate tasks and milestones into your Outlook calendar, but there’s simply something appealing about being able to see tasks and milestones laid out in the traditional weekly view.
That’s why the latest release of our business products includes the ability to group tasks by month:
As with the other task and milestone views, you can filter based on to whom the tasks are assigned, and you can also choose to hide completed tasks.
The new monthly view is available immediately to all our business customers.
This monthly view of tasks and milestones in the calender is just GREAT!

Go to your “Tasks” tab and click on “Month” rather than “Milestones” or “Due Date.”
This is great. Request… we need a way to view/export all tasks in the network instead of viewing by workspace. We currently utilize EasyProjects for task management because this allows our team to see all open tasks and relevant fields in a single view segmented and sortable by project and all task fields.
If PB Works provides a way to view all tasks in the network, we would start using the task management feature in PB Works. We love the platform and deeper tools for task management would make this a single source project management solution for us. Thanks!
Definitely agree, Brian. A master task list across the entire company is something that gets requested a lot.
