Planned Maintenance: Storage upgrades starting 5 PM Pacific, Friday October 25

We will be upgrading our storage systems starting at 5 PM Pacific (8 PM Eastern) on Friday, October 25 (12 AM GMT on Saturday, October 26).

The upgrade process will last approximately one week.  While the upgrade process will not affect the performance of wiki pages, it will affect file downloads.  When you attempt to download a file while an upgrade is occurring, there is a 1-in-12 chance that the download will be slower than normal.

To minimize the impact on our users, the upgrade process will run from 5 PM Pacific to 5 AM Pacific each night, so that for the majority of our users, any impact will be felt outside normal business hours.  This is also why we are starting the process over a weekend.

We expect the upgrade process to be completed before Monday, November 4.

We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for using PBworks.
